HALZは全体朝礼をオンラインで行っています。当番制で３分間スピーチ、労務に関するテーマ（Q&A）の説明、役員スピーチです。社内で情報を共有し合い、本社と各支社が一体感になれる朝の時間です。
梅の時期、そろそろですね…。🌸

We hold our general morning meetings online at HALZ. We have a rotation system with three-minute speeches, explanations on labor-related topics (Q&A), and speeches from the executives. It’s a morning time where information is shared within the company and the headquarters and each office can come together as one.
It’s about that time for the plum blossoms.🌸
