社労士会主催のセミナーに参加しました。今回は近畿圏の各会から約200名ほど集まりました。 セミナーの内容は、2025年6月社労士法第9次改正により、相談、指導業務の一環として実務慣行で行っていた「労務監査」が、法律上の正式な業務として社労士法に付記され、対応事例や実践ポイントを学び、もう一つは「BCP（事業継続計画）」実践。どちらも企業の経営リスク管理として重要です。これまでの実務経験を振り返ったり、知識のアップデート、今後の業務活用に生かせる貴重な時間でした。 「労務監査」☛目的にあわせて対応いたします！「BCP対策」☛何を優先順位に始めればよいか、見直せばよいかを一緒に考えていきましょう。!　 是非！HALZにお問合せください。 I attended a seminar hosted by the Labor and Social Security Attorneys Association. This time, About 200 people gathered from kinki region.
