健康診断、受診していますか？先日、人間ドック健診を受診しました。主に働く人の定期健康診断は、労働安全衛生法で年１回受診することが義務づけられています。人間ドックは国が定めた基準項目に付加項目が追加されます。 「健診」、「検診」がありますが、「健診」は、自分の健康を調べ、健康づくりの観点から経時的に値を把握することが目的で、「検診」は特定の病気を調べるための検査で違いがあるようです。健康診断結果、見るのがいつもドキドキです。 年１回、自分の健康状態を知っておきましょう！ Are you getting regular health check-ups?
